Captain Winslow Taylor

Winslow grew up fishing and boating in North Carolina. After getting his Captain’s license in college, he worked from Morehead City to the NC/SC line, then moved into ownership. Winslow’s hands-on approach and extensive knowledge help boaters through emergencies and day-to-day challenges alike.

Captain Chris Parker

Raised on the James River in Richmond, Chris has decades of experience and a calming presence on the water. From TowBoatU.S. crew to owner/operator in the Chesapeake Bay and Southern North Carolina, he and wife Katie have built FML into a trusted name. Chris specializes in towing, concierge, and salvage operations, offering peace of mind 24/7.

Katie Parker

Katie manages the business side of FML, working closely with Chris since their first Virginia port in 2018. Known for her dedication to the boating community and fleet, she’s the heart behind the operations, ensuring every member receives reliable, caring service.

Greer Taylor

Greer is Winslow’s partner in life and business, playing a major role in expanding FML’s reach. She supports daily operations and helps ensure members have an experienced, dependable team standing by around the clock.
